From humble beginnings as a drapery warehouse to an elegant and charming four-level event destination, The Warehouse’s stunning transformation is near completion.
The lower levels have been lovingly restored, revealing the building’s original structure. Each layer peeled from the walls and floors uncovered long-hidden architectural details. The new spaces are designed to bring larger-scale events to life with ease.
At the heart of the building, the sweeping horseshoe-shaped Auditorium remains a striking feature, creating a dramatic double-height void from the Hall below to the upper mezzanine, where a new secret room awaits — complete with a marble ensuite and private dressing room.
The natural patina of exposed brickwork and timber joists are complemented by brass and bronze accents, eclectic chandeliers and intricate marble mosaics — striking a balance between industrial and classic style.
Practical upgrades include repositioned bars, increased floor space, and enhanced flexibility for AV, lighting and event styling — delivering a venue that’s as functional as it is beautiful.
Event Sales Manager Ainsley Steve says: “The best events happen when we can be creative with someone’s vision and build on it. This renovation was about opening up the possibilities and creating moments where anything can happen.”
This renovation marks the final chapter, following the earlier restoration of the expansive top-floor Loft, adjoining Machinery space and rooftop Terrace levels.
The Warehouse now offers a seamless blend of history, style and possibility — serviced by in-house event management, AV production and styling teams. Available to book exclusively or by individual level, our team are ready to host your boldest ideas and most memorable occasions.
